Dear Sir:

You can readily see by the addressee of this letter that I do not know to whom to write. And I have hesitated to write because we who see unidentified objects are looked upon as freaks, crack-pots, idiots and what-nots looking for publicity. I am none of these. But I did see something that has prompted me to write because this satelight was not like the others I've seen and I've seen several.

I'm a habitual star-gazer. I never walk out of the house in the evening but that I walk out with
