At above time and date interviewed [redacted] and [redacted] in the office of the school superintendent MR. [redacted]. Both boys were emphatic in their stories regarding the object they had observed on the evening of 22 September. They both stated that this object gave off a red pulsing glow and that they had shot at it from a distance of about 100 feet and that each time they hit it, the object would give off a brighter glow. At 8:30 I Tom Sprigs went to house and got him. To come with me to see the boy I light behind my house. Danny and a.c. his house and got a 2c pistol & 102 rifle. Then went to the Roller Center and there the object about 8 miles from Rio Vista. Then went about 3 feet off the ground it looked and rosed several times, and landed again.
