1. Description of Object: Three or four very bright fast moving, disc-like objects were sighted. One source, a Filipino, estimated their size at 18 inches in diameter. These objects appeared to be transparent with light reflected from a shiny metal surface. Objects appeared in a horizontal position moving around in a circle and after about two seconds seemed to bank and assume a vertical position

## STATEMENT OF LT. COLONEL [redacted], and Harbor Police, Manila, Philippine Islands.

On the evening of 31 January 1953, I was fishing off BRIANON COVE, between HORNOS and TULAIN POINTS, Bataan Province. [redacted], who has been living with my family for the past fifteen (15) years, was with me. Our little roe boat was anchored off-shore while we fished.

At about 2030 to 2100 hours, I looked up and

On the evening of 31 January 1953, Lt. Colonel [Redacted], Chief of Secret Service, Bureau of Customs, Manila, Philippines, and I were fishing from a small boat off BERAGON COVE, between ROZNOS and TULAIN POINTS, BATAAN Province.

Between 2030 and 2100 hours I had a strike and in pulling in my line I happened to look up at the
