1. Following information regarding an unidentified flying object is forwarded:

a. Object passed right over uranus (left of regulus).

b. Duration - 10-15 seconds.

c. Date - Friday, 10 April 1964, seen between 2015 hrs and 2115 hrs (no moon light).

d. Color of object - dull gray.

2. The above information was passed to this office by Lt Colonel Charles Susong, DIAXX-4.
