MEMO FOR THE RECORD: 2 Aug 65, 1530 hours

Received a call from [redacted], Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. 15 minutes ago (1515) darkish tier shaped object cross wise seen in the northeastern sky, about 75 degrees elevation and smaller than a dime. Much smaller than the moon. Pinhead size, observed for three minutes, slowly veered from the side, didn't seem to be traveling fast. Disappeared at 80 degrees Northeast. Got smaller and smaller tillit wasn't visible. Also, [redacted] of [redacted] Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio observed object. An FTD form 164 was sent to both of the above witnesses on the m
