a. Civilian, [redacted], Urbana, Illinois, age - 22. Observer is a graduate student in Civil Engineering at the University of Illinois.

9. Comments of Preparing Officer - Mr. [redacted] was earnest in his reporting of this sighting. He could be considered as an above average source for observations in this type of sighting. He could not compare
