I feel "foolish" for trying to report this...it perhaps is of no importance...but I would feel more foolish if it was important and I had not done so!

Saturday afternoon (Oct 31, 1965) between four and four thirty...went into exact time I was looking for one moment, with "7:50" field glasses almost full extension, and happened to pick up a brilliant silver sphere. First to went into a "evening star" (vmc) but recovered star was too west of noon. This object was much higher than a "bored band" but it appeared "relatively" the same size as the water in upper right of crescent of noon. Jus
