1. Call from Mr. Hicet. PRO repr. for ATC.
Three youths on way to school observed small splendid object for ten minutes in the sky. moving slowly away.

INVESTIGATIVE EFFORTS:
1. U.S. Weather Bureau, Mr. Williams. Troy Pike: Balloon released from Sulphur Grove at 0840. Winds approx 25 MPH. Wind directions (from N - NW) were just right to bring balloon over that area - but obviously not the balloon. (would have been around 50
