Dec. 13, 1965 Dear Major Hoisington, II, I am enclosing this letter with my F. P. D. Form 164. I would like to tell you that I saw 10 V. F. O. in the past 3 days. As you know they have to be Radio Active. They can not be a meteorite or meteor, because they burn out fast. What would you think they are? Sincerely, P. S. On the F. P. D.
