MEMO FOR THE RECORD
6 January 1966

Colonel Holcolm from New Jersey called to get a copy of AFB 200-2. A UFO report was given to him. A man and his sons saw a round, disc object flying 200 feet above the ground traveling about 75 m.p.h. The duration was five minutes. This object was spotted at 2318 local time. on 4 January. Sgt. Moody told him to advise future observers to report to their nearest Air Force Base, which in this case is McGuire Air Force Base.
