I, [redacted], do hereby wish to make the following statement:

I observed on the afternoon of August 9, 1952—at approximately 6:15 M.S.T., an unconventional object with no visible means of propulsion. This object was round and slightly larger than an P-86 in relation to the distance from me. It was black in color. It remained motionless for a moment, then left in a straight line heading north at approximately 400 mph. I watched this object for about six or seven minutes with my husband.

SWORN STATEMENT

I, A/S4th Air Division (Defense) Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, do hereby wish to make the following statement:

At approximately 1815MST on the 9th day of August, 1952, I did see an unconventional object. The reason for me to notice this object was several people standing in the road looking up. This object was round in shape and remaining motionless when first sighted. The area surrounding it was clear. It was gray in color and left at a high rate of speed, approximately 400 MPH in a straight line with no visible means of propulsion. This object was larger than

That I am a citizen of the United States, a resident of the State of New Mexico, am 44 years of age, have been living in New Mexico practically all of my life and in Albuquerque for the past 8 years.

That on Saturday, August 9, 1952, at approximately 6:00 P.M., as I was in my automobile and leaving my home at [redacted], in Albuquerque, New Mexico, I saw whom I afterward learned to be Sgt. [redacted] and his wife standing in front of my house looking in a northerly direction, which caused
