Dear Sir,

On Monday night, July 27th, about 8.55-9:00 p.m. (just before Echement overhead) I was looking in the NE quadrant of the day and saw a double bright horizontal flash. (Est. elevation 20°-25°, est. azimuth 25°) (seen from Roxbury, N.Y. about 74°-45° W & 42°-10' N).
