Dear Major Hart: I would appreciate the time the official Air Force conclusion concerning a IPO sighting in our area a few years ago. On either April 24 or 25, 1952, a IPO sighting was made in Otago, Calif. (in Rutnam County, north of Lima) during the evening. According to para- ficer reports, the Civil Defense unit was in touch with Columbus center and on alert all through that night. July 3, 1963 Dear Mrs. Air Force files indicate two sightings on the 25th of April 1958, in Ottawa, Ohio. The first sighting occurred at 0320 zebra time and was evaluated as a meteor.
