1. Under the provisions of AFR 200-2, an Unidentified Flying Object Report is hereby submitted.

2. Due to the unavailability of AF Form 112, Air Intelligence Information Report, the required information is outlined as specified in the regulation cited above.

a. Description of the object.

(1) Shape - Ova

(8) Sound - No sound was heard until 3 to 5 minutes after the object disappeared. At that time a shock wave from an explosion was heard (apparently earthbound). Sound volume was light and could not have been heard in a spot where there was more activity such as heavy traffic on a highway.

(9) None.

b. Description of course of object.

(1) The observers were initially attracted by the brilliant white light of the object.

(2) Angle of elevation - 30 degrees. Object's heading - 320 degrees.

(3) Same as b. (2) above.
