I am sending 2 samples of radar jammer chaff found on the ground on my farm 4 miles north NW of Salem Apts. after the passage of until jet planes the night before I am suspicious of until planes there were unexplained night prowling in my area causing my dog to keep me a weekend on the western these nights. I am not connected with any observer unit and do not know of any in this area. I am a Vet in Place Har B.
