1. Reference the attached letters from [redacted] requesting information on their observations of 13 and 19 July 1965.

2. The objects which they observed on the nights of 13 and 19 July 1965 are similar to observations of satellites. The inconsistencies in flight can be attributed to conditions in the atmosphere and illusion of the satellite's appearance as it nears stars or other lights in the sky.

3. The objects were not ECHO I or II, PEGASUS I or II. These are the only four satellites on which we have schedule…

Dear Sirs:

I would like to report a U.F.O. It was Wed. July 17 at 10:10 to 10:25 going in West to East Trajectory. It moved in a jerky fashion sometimes. It didn't go exactly in a straight line. Sometimes it went from West to South or South to north in instant jerks.

I would like to know if you have sighted such a U.F.O. at that time or anything at that time.

P.S. It was a spot like a star with no other lights.
