Extract from Duty Officer's Report, 15 April 1965 At 2300 local received call from L/Col DeLoughary, 17th Bomb Wing, of a UFO report from a crew still airborne. Object spotted in vicinity of Indianapolis, Ind and confirmed by two other A/C Crews.
