Major Bicardi requested that an object was observed from 21/22-22-1942M at Cape Lisburne Radar Site #2 Alaska. One object, Round, white, No Tail or trail. Not picked up on local Radars. Flight was straight from horizon in NE to horizon in SE. No altitude or speed estimates. 9-4 witnesses. ECHO schedules checked and not received for this date at this time.

M/R: During contact with AF Command post on 24 Jan Major Brail informed that object observed was characteristic of a Satellite and that ECHO
