**Flint Woman Heads State Library Board.**

Lansing—Election of Mrs. Verna Barkey of Flint as chairman of the state board for libraries was announced Wednesday. She is school librarian.

Arthur Yabroff, business manager of the Detroit public library, is vice chairman.

Other members of the board are Donald W. Kohlstedt of Grand Rapids and Miss Anna E. Lindblom of Kalamazoo.
