1. Description: Mr. [redacted] returning from work at about 1:00 a.m. in the morning, found his neighbor, Mr. [redacted], observing an unidentified object in the sky. There were also other people in the vicinity observing this object. Mr. [redacted] stated that he had also observed the object earlier that evening.
