Dear Sirs:

On December 30, 1964, a small article in the local paper reported the sighting of a UFO over our city. I contacted the observers and have the following report, the original of which is on tape in my possession.

The form of the interview for both observers is the U. S. Air Force Technical Information Sheet as described in Appendix 111 in Major Donald Keyhoe's book Flying Saucers from Outer Space.

1. Dr. [redacted], referred to the motion of the object several times as "gliding"
2. He mentioned a halo effect at the top back of the object. (This may be an important point of agreement for second observer's statement of small fin in the same position.)
3. He mentioned the fact that there seemed at one time to be not one, but two objects pressed side by side to appear as one. Dr. [redacted] tried to verify this but was unable to be sure.
