1. Description of the object.
a. Elliptical
b. Size approximately 14 feet by 28 feet.
c. Dull aluminum.
d. None observed.

f. Elliptical object with at least 5 triangle shaped fins and looked like rear of 1958 Chrysler automobiles.
g. Circular balls on end of each fin from object.
h. No sound.

5. Observers were in automobile in vicinity of Sterling Avenue and Albany Avenue in Peoria, Illinois when object was sighted.

Analysts Comments:

1. Strange, a number of persons apparently observed this (alleged) UFO, but only 2 persons reported it.
2. It was observed in the middle of a fairly good sized city - near noon.
3. It was observed just off the ground, motionless 1.0. height of electric light pole.
4. Observed for 10 minutes - at such close proximity - yet object could not be identified other than that it looked the back of a 1958 Chrysler auto. This, particularly when the object was described as of a fairly large size - 14 by 21 feet.
