PCT reported a primary target at the DCA0100027, southeast bound,  AADS shows np target.  AMOC shows primary moving SE
at 56 knots.  DOD shows target SE at 10 knots.  Continuing to observe.   2027  Appears to be 3 miles north of BWI, tower
reports no joy.  2037  Primary target exited the SFRA at the DCA090030.  No further action.
