D.: It is my opinion about those "flying discs" reported seen over, Kentucky, New Mexico, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Colorado, South Carolina and Eastern Canada that some European Country is using them by filling them up with germs or highly explosives, and after a couple thousand miles they drop their contents and disappear.
