i. Sound - After explosion a noise louder than that of a hurricane or tornado that persisted until darting off. v. Mr. [redacted] reported "it" to police and newspapers. This resulted in inquiry from local police and newspapers. Radar surveillance queried for unknown contacts with negative results. On Base ANG (F-102 Type Aircraft) operations contacted - no "scrambles" w/in past 24 hours for unidentified flying objects.
