On 4 Nov 60 a call from the Secretary of Champaign T.V. station reported two UFO calls were received from Monticello citizens. Investigation of the reports revealed the following: 2. Time of observation was 0250Z on the 3rd day of Nov 60. b. Sky conditions at time of sighting was dark and cloudy near objects and clear sky in opposite quadrant. 6.
