various intelligence activities of the National Security Agency/C'.-entral Security
Servk~ (NSA!CSS) to determine whether they were conducted in accordance with
applicable statutes, E.xecutlve Orders {E.0.s), Attorney General (AG) procedures,
and Department of Defense {DoD) and jnt€rnal directives. With few exceptions, the
issues presented wenl routine .and indicated that the operating elements
understand t:he restrictions on NSA/CSS activities.
