1. Copies of this report will be furnished the Commanding General, IDF, and Air Attache, England.

2. At about 2400Z, 18 February 1953, a bright light was observed by three men at Melrakkasletta (66-26N; 16-18W). The light was low and travelling southeast. It was not steady but faded and brightened several times and was observed for about 10 minutes.
