1. Reference AFR 200-2.

2. The following UFO sighting was reported to the SSD Command Post, on 28 September 1963:

a. Description: Object appeared to be a star, travelling southeast.

b. Course: In four minutes, object started from a point 40° above NW horizon and disappeared 40° above the SE horizon.

c. Manner of Observation: Visual.
