The following report is prepared in accordance with par 70 AFL 200-5 dtd 29 April 1952.

1. Object in question was oblong in shape, approximately 2 miles in width and 7 miles in length. Preceeding the object and lying in a straight line along the path of movement was a faint "String Line" approximately 30 miles in length. The object moved at a constant rate of speed of 70 KPH and moved a constant, straight path of 070 degrees.

Pickup was established at 310 degrees at 220
