SUBJECT: Information regarding Unidentified Flying Objects

1. At 1840 hours, 28 March 1950, an illuminated object, traveling from North to South, was reported to have been seen by four people in Northern Minnesota in the vicinity of Hibbing and Duluth, Minnesota.

2. Investigation revealed that no solar phenomenon nor aerial testing apparatu

2. Time of sighting: 1840 hours
3. Where sighted:
a. Ground
(1) Hibbing, Minnesota
(2) Approximately 2½ miles from street in front of Androy Hotel, Hibbing, Minnesota.
(3) Object was moving from North to South descending at a 45 degree angle.
4. One object was sighted.
5. Distance of object from observer:
a. Approximately 2½ miles.
b. Decending at a 45 degree angle.
c. No accurate estimate of altitude given.
6. Time in sight: Approximately four (4) se

11. Cloud formations were not noted.

12. No lights were noted except that entire object was of definite greenish glow.

17. No opinion was given as to estimated Miles Per Hour.
