Dear sir:

I would like to report a UFO and ask if you could possibly tell me what it was. Here is the time it was spotted. On the night of Sept. 22, 1963 at approximately 9:00 P.M. I spotted a UFO. It was in view for about 1 hour and stayed in the same area for at least 1 hour. The object was oval shaped, it appeared to have a conning tower on it, but it may have not had one.
