He reported an aircraft passing over his driveway when he was backing out flying very low. He could see the navigation lights Red and Green. The plane made no sound and was gone in one (1) second. He jumped out of the car. His two (2) children fourteen (14) and sixteen (16) years of age also saw it. He was told to report it to WRS Field.
