1. (U) INSPECTOR GENERAL ACTIVITIES· · 
a. (Cf/SI) During this quarter, the Office of Inspector General (OIG) reviewed 
various intelligence activities of the National Secllli.ty Agency/Central Security 
Service (NSNCSS) to determine whether they "Nere conducted in accordance with 
applicable statutes, .ff:xecutive Orders (E.0.s), Attorney General (AG) procedures, 
and Department of Defense (Do:O) and internal directives. With fow exceptions, the 
issues presented were routine and indicated that the operating elements 
understand the restrict.ions on NSA/CSS activities.
