Apartment on 3rd floor

Mrs. observed thumb westerly window at approx 0015 an orange red ball (circular shaped) [redacted]. Stars were visible at same time - no moon or clouds visible.

Called Mr. who also observed after loss of the minute object took on white edge and moved rapidly, avail sight to westward. Total time of observation about 2 minutes.

Mrs. thinks apparent size longer than average full moon.
