and seemed to have two persons aboard, one in towards the front but the other seemed to be sitting from the back, at the very back of the capsule holding something so operating something large, as perhaps a large camera. This person looked large and all known, the color of light & office. The size of the thing was about the size of the Commander, compared to the other flying back and c-130.

The object was like a medicine cripple, round in the front and back. Toward the back it had very short type of wings that appeared just about five feet the most, on either side of it.

1. Reference the attached letter from Mr. [redacted] requesting information on an unidentified object which she observed on 20 Jan 1965.

2. The information in Mrs. [redacted] letter indicates an observation of a helicopter of some sort. Since she has requested an answer and may have misinterpreted a conventional helicopter, we would like to know the various types operational at Keesler and/or any other operational aircraft of the nature she describe
