16. 26 February 1966, Bartlett, New Hampshire.

Three witnesses. Has been evaluated as possible aircraft. Even after a phone call to these people the case remains indeterminate. Mr. and Mrs. [redacted], New Hampshire, are farm people who are not very articulate when it comes to description of things. However, after two years after the original report, the main outlines of the case remains the same. They say the usual thing in such cases, "I never saw anything like this before" and apparently they haven't seen anything els

it occurred at a small airport and the duration was one and one-half minutes. Followup should have been made to determine whether there were other potential witnesses. Since it occurred in midnight on December 28, it is possible that there were no other witnesses available. Must be carried as unidentified, single witness.

One witness, duration of sighting only 15 seconds. Witness was a 67 year old lady. Sighting occurred at 9 p.m. daylight, saving time in the middle of August,
