RFD#3 Mansfield, Ohio Air Technical Intelligence Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio 12 FEB 59 OHIO Dear Sirs, At approximately 4:15 P.M., Feb 12, 1959, I chanced to glance out of my window and noted that a jet plane had just passed overhead leaving a vapor trail. Next, it was noted that two objects had apparently cut through the layer of strata clouds cutting two very conspicuous swaths thus exposing the blue sky above.
