Apr. 10th. 1952 Dear Chief SUBJECT: PERSONAL INCIDENT This date as I sat in Patrol car along with Mr. [redacted] of Frazee, our civilian helper I see an object in the skies which I describe as follows, Mr. [redacted] see it too as I called it to his attention.
