As a retired member of the St Paul Police Force and having had numerous pleasant contacts with Agent Clintonstein and Samy Hardy, I take the liberty of an opinion that came to me that the flying saucers scare seems possible that the released energy of exploded Atomic Bombs could be soaring around in the atmosphere.
