ACECOMM (State Police unit located on AOA) received a call from a civilian on the ground at Rio Grande, NJ. ACECOMM
notified ACY ATCT. Person reported a cylindrical object at the intersection of RTE 9 and RTE 47. No known altitude or direction.
The UAP was not observed on ATC facility radar system or by ATC personnel.
