SILVER OBJECT. NO EXHAUST. VERY HIGH ALT,
TRAVELING EASTWARD FROM TOWN REUSENS, VA
TOWARD MANSISONS HEIGHTS, VA. THE OBJECT WAS OBSERVED
FROM ANGLE VISUALLY FROM SURFACE AT 1444Z LYNCHBURG,
VA AT 1430Z CLEAR 30 MILE VISIBILITY CIROCUMULUS.
THERE WERE NO METEOROLOGICAL OR OTHER
CONDITIONS WHICH MIGHT HAVE ACCOUNTED SIGHTING.
MR WASHER WAS AT VIRGINIA EPISTICAL SCHOOL WHEN
OBJECT WAS SIGHTED. HE WAS AN ORDNANCE MAN
