Claim to have observed a object through a 200x telescope (apparently a good instrument with a azimuth and elevation scale) yet did not state which way or direction they were looking. 2. Claimed object followed airlines - yet sketch of area reports - shows not one sample report of anything unusual from air ground, radar or other units in the area. (I really dole to evaluate) J. H.
