1. In accordance with Paragraph 15, AFR 200-2, the following information is submitted. Subparagraphs are numbered to correspond with the related comments in the referenced regulation:

a. Description of the Object:

(1) Smooth, like a planet; somewhat like a disc.
(2) Size of a star in Big Dipper constellation.

e. Location of Observers: City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

f. Identifying Information on Observer:

(1) Civilian. , Age 35, Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Registered engineer. Assistant professor of electrical and engineering subjects at Middle Tennessee State College, Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Interested in astronomy five years. Considered very reliable.

g. Weather and Winds:

(1) Clear and at dusk.
(2) Surface: Calm.
