SUBJECT: Transmittal of Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) Report

TO: Hq USAF (AFCIN) Washington 25, D.C.

1. The inclosed is a UFO report from Lt Colonel Ralph E. Keyes. The report does not give the exact time of the sighting, however, telephone conversation between this office and the individual, SP4 Schuelke, reported the sighting as of 3 January 1961.
