The phenomenon sighted by Mr. appeared as a group. Both objects being of a round or oval shape the size of a mehtub. The objects appeared to be made of aluminum which shone in the sunlight. The objects were flying in formation and were estimated to have been traveling at an incredible speed. There was no trail or exhaust noticeable. Type

Subject: Report of Unidentified Aerial Object

1. At approximately 1300 on 25 Aug 52, a Mr. [redacted] of Vandalia called and said that on the night of 24 Aug 52 he was in the Sherwood Drive-In at Dayton. He noticed two objects which were about 15 times the size of a star floating thru the sky at a rather high rate of speed. They seemed to have a "weird glow," similar to a light-bulb placed behind a thin cloud. He said that he was facing south and that the objects came in first came into appearance about 45° to his right (southwest). They came across t

Subject: Report of Unidentified Aerial Objects

1. At approximately noon on 25 Aug 52, an airman from the 97th Fighter-Interceptor Squadron called and reported that on the night of 24 and 25 Aug 52 from 2400 until 0100 he observed an object due East of his home which is at the corner of [redacted] in Dayton. The object appeared to be at a 45° elevation, 3 to 4 times bigger than a star, with about the same color as a star. It was gone at 0300 when he got up to go to work.
