THOMPSON advised that Mr. DON WAGNER, 263 South Claremont Street, Springfield, Ohio, advised him that on 13 November 1967, at approximately 04,00 hours, he had observed an unidentified flying object (UFO) in the vicinity of Reed Park, Springfield, Ohio. BARLAG stated that she was currently observing a large shiny or glistening object, about the size of the sun or moon, and had previously heard a motor which she described as sounding like a helicopter or a motorcycle.
