b. Description of Course of Object:
(1) What first called the attention of observer to the object - related that he just happened to look to the horizon east of his home and saw instant object.
(2) Angle or elevation and azimuth of the object when first sighted - Approximately 30° above the horizon. EAST
(3) Angle or elevation and azimuth of object upon disappearance - 45° above the horizon.

(1) Observer's account of weather conditions - Mostly clear at the time of the sighting and visibility was good.
