Gentlemen,

The enclose enlarged photograph was taken last year.

It was suggest by some personnel at the Air Bar here that we send it to your department.

The photo was taken in Toledo, Ohio. The subject was the one boats in Maumee Bay, which were in the channel leading out into Lake Erie.

This picture was taken

in the middle of September, 1959 with a plain Kodak camera and 600 film.

The object was not visible when the picture was taken and we thought it was just as flow in the film but it was still recommended to send it to you.

I would appreciate your returning the picture to you.
