As promised, enclosed is a tape of an Art Bell radio program. Fortunately | happened to save a tape of the show on which Art had Don Schmitt, who is co-author (along with Kevin Randle, Capt, USAFR) of “The Truth About the UFO Crash at Roswell.” The show was taped Friday, September 9, just after Col. Randle has General DuBose (Ramey’s Chief of Staff at the time) on tape saying that the balloon story was a cover story. It looks like that has been borne out. But, was he referring to Mogul? Randle also spoke with Colonel Edwin Easley. When asked by Randle about the incident he said (on tape), “I can’t talk about it; ve been sworn to secrecy.” | have a copy of that tape.
